NOTICE BY DEPOSITOR--TRANSFER OF TITLE
Warehouseman shall not be required to recognize the transfer of title to any goods stored with it or under its control unless notified in writing by depositor. Upon such notification, all charges due at the time of the notification on the transferred goods shall be paid by depositor.
